SAY HELLO TO MARK SINFIELD – 9TH JUNE 2008
With Yaz studying hard at University we needed to fill the void left in his wake. So say 'HELLO' to the newest member of the Discipline team Mark Sinfield. He's actually been on since early May when we picked him up at the Wigmore Valley Opening, lucky for us as he took first place in the mini competition!
Check his intro vid in the media section, and let us know what you think.
Supporting our scene and yours – 22nd May 2008
In January we spent the night riding with 'Torbay Surf School' at Mount Hawke. They run a youth project that means when they're not in the water they're taking van loads of kids skating. All this is done out of their own pocket so if your in need of a surf lesson, look them up!
WIGMORE VALLEY OPENING TAKE 2 – 3rd May 2008
After the original opening was snowed out, yes SNOWED out, this Saturday sees the revised official opening! Get your butts down there, Discipline will be representing!
ALI BOULALA JAILED – 28th APRIL 2008

SAVE HARROW JAM – 19TH APRIL 2008

Discipline ARTIST EXHIBITS HIS WORK – 6TH APRIL 2008
We'll let him give you the blarb;
"Just a quick one to let you know I have a small exhibition coming up. It's a local one and would be nice if you can make it. I will accept excuses as to why you can't make it, but they must all include elaborate stories involving: a dog, some twiglets and one member of the chart topping boy band 'Five'.
The opening night is Sunday the 6th April - 7pm - 9pm. I've attached the flyer, tell anyone who might be interested, there should be liquor flowing just like in a Snoop dogg video."
Garry's Life and Soul Academy Exhibition starts this sunday at Boxmoor Hall, Hemel Hempstead.
WIGMORE VALLEY SKATEPARK – 13th March 2008
Designed by good friend of Discipline Pete Smith, Wigmore Valley Skatepark opens on the 22nd of March and it's going to be one hell of a party! Here's the blarb from Pete;
"Luton borough council, and the local skate community are putting on the opening day for the new Wigmore Valley Skatepark on the 22.03.08, starting at 11am and running till three, there will be a short session for the demo riders for half an hour or so then Lutons MVP the Mayor will talk some political spout , cut a bit of ribbon then the park will be open to the public forever more ."

There's going to be music, free stuff and even a bouncy castle. Of course the Discipline Crew will be there in force and we're donating a few items to the day.

STANDARD BYKE PREMIER – 10th February 2008
Wednesday the 30th of January saw the premier of Standard Bykes 'Stronger than All' DVD. Apologies for the very late write up, it was a very beer fueled night.
Especially as the lovely Scotty was dropping vodka in my pint all night!
Harrow locals were in full force, also Death Skateboards Cates and Meat were in the crowd. Our home turf was represented, Big Dad's, P, Webby, Lewis and I were there in support. Well I'd love to give you a massive review but I'm not going too, just get it when it's out. The sections are sick, especially the montage which is a monster, and Steve Ridge who kills it.
James Hitchcox, the man behind the UK arm of Standard has a sweet section and also managed to end up half naked and shit faced on the night, good lad!
Enjoy the 4min trailer from the official YouTube of Standard...
FAST FOOD, MOUNT HAWK, A & E – 28th JANUARY 2008
So the plan was for everyone to head down to Mount Hawke for a lock in. The whole team was in, minus Yaz who was stranded in Manchester. Damian had gone up a day early with Discipline repper Alasdair and ended up in Bristol chatting up homeless chicks with cute puppies (don't ask). The rest of the team, Alfie, Haysman, Big Dads, new rider Garry and myself piled into my slightly disfigured automobile on Saturday morning.
When we hit the M25 the car didn't sound healthy and we soon discovered it was because an earlier knock and unhinged the bumper. So in true DGAF style we ripped it off and got going. The journey was uneventful bar the usual purchasing a crap porn and general ribbing, however we did stop off for breakfast, we later discovered was a bad move!
We reached Hayle about 2 O'clock and decided to take it easy, the plan was to skate into the night at Mount Hawk and not kill ourselves here. Damian and Co had been held up so hadn't yet arrived.
We hit the beach before heading to MH but whilst their Alfie and I came down with something dodgey....FOOD POISONING! By the evening I looked like shit and Alfie was puking everywhere, so before we got to MH we had to get Alfie to Hospital.
The Mount Hawke session was amazing (the parks fking amazing) and everyone was skating hard. We were there to skate with a Devon Youth Group and chill with the kids. The young gentleman Ben who runs it is a surf buddy of Damian’s (not what you know, who you know).
Our plan was to get loads of photo's and footage but the session was too good to stand still. Alfie managed to join us a couple of hours in and I managed to not puke! We skated till the early morning and only managed to get a single photo(Garry will hate it). So please take a look and appreciate Garry’s very poppy flip, it's all we have.
